How tuition works

We don't print tuition here, because it depends on the room and the schedule. Here is what sets it and how it is paid.

  • What sets tuition

Tuition depends on your child's room and age and on the schedule you pick: mornings, three school days or the full school day. Our figures are on our enrollment page, and we go through them with you at the tour.

    • The room and your child's age

    • Mornings, three school days or the school day

    • The days a week

  • Registration

A registration fee covers the enrollment file and the first set of materials. It is due when you apply, and the enrollment page says what it is.

  • Holding a place

A place is held once we have your enrollment form and the first month's payment, which goes toward tuition. When a room is full, families join a waitlist for that room and schedule, and we offer places in the order families joined.

    • Enrollment form and first payment hold a place

    • The waitlist is by room and schedule

  • Billing

Tuition is billed monthly and paid by autopay through our parent portal. If another arrangement would help your family, tell us at the tour.

  • Help with tuition

Ask us whether Tennessee child care assistance works with our tuition. We would rather you ask before you apply, and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do.

  • Withdrawing

We ask for a month's notice before a child leaves, so that we can offer the place to a family on the waitlist. The enrollment agreement says what happens to a month in progress.

  • Materials and other costs

Outside tuition there are two costs: materials for the year and one spring outing. Each is named on the enrollment page with what it covers. On school days, families send lunch from home.
